Auditioning patches / voice seq. Ideas

When first auditioning patches, it would be convenient to be able to go back and forth between selecting a category (or bank) and the patch played by pressing the encoder. That way, one hand stays on the encoder, one on the keyboard. Also, as I make wavestation-like sequences with the voice sequencer, it would be awesome to be able to set the relative volume of each step/voice trigger.

Good suggestion, but we need to check how we can do that without breaking the normal behaviors (ie. the main wheel only affects the focused element). Maybe the category/bank list could be mapped to one of the color knobs.

You can do that by duplicating a layer and lowering its volume, then triggering which one you want in the voice sequencer.
