Midi filter for thru
gearhound22 | Hi there, When applying global/midifilters (channels etc) do these affect the midi leaving the thru? So can you filter out a channel for example? If not is this a possibility for an update? |
KODAMO | Hi, Filters don't affect MIDI thru and this cannot be changed with an update. On the EssenceFM the MIDI thru is hardware, it's the input directly connected to the Thru port with a buffering chip. That allows for zero-latency thru, but the downside is that you can't do any processing to it |
