Sampling rate?

I didn’t wait this time around after missing out on the first one.
Since it wasn’t mentioned in the specs, what’s the sampling rate on the EX MkII? I remember the MkI was lower than the keyboard Mask1.

For what it’s worth the MK1 is no slouch. I hear it may be slightly grittier than the keyboard due to SR, but is still sounding better than synths that cost thousands for me. Ordered the MK2 right away as well

For sure, I really was bummed when I missed the first one. I’ll be happy whatever it is, just curious, seeing how the voice count went up on this one.

The YouTube demo makes it seem quite clear to me that there’s zero drop in quality, I think it’s safe to say it’ll be at least equal to everything else that came before it in terms of sound. Looking forward to the new cutoff knob!

if there would be a chance to choose between less voices and higher Oversampling
by changing to an alternative Firmware, that would be really cool.👍 maybe an idea for MK3... 🤟

I asked yahoo AI it said 16 bit oversampling and I confirmed it on the Thoman website in their listing......

Well having had it for a little while now, all I can say is whatever it is, it sounds fantastic. I'm pretty blown away by it.

Hi,
Oversampling for the MK2 is the same as MK1, aka 8X.
The keyboard has 16X, the difference is very subtle and is matter of preference (8X might sound as if it was a bit more "gritty" or "noisy" especially in the highs, 16X might be a bit cleaner)
